We are looking for a Graduate Developer that will help support us to build and release engaging, innovative applications to market. What you will do: • Collaborate with our international team based in India, United Kingdom and US to deliver amazing experiences for our customers. • Develop ideas to find a pragmatic approach to the rapid delivery of prototypes. • Develop the backlog and sprint pipeline. • Write modular and scalable code using test driven approach. You are: • Empathetic - you take the time to understand what drives other team members, what motivates them and how to achieve mutual objectives. • Humble - you actively seek feedback and feel comfortable providing it to others. • Motivated – you are excited by what you do, and bring enthusiasm to your job. • Adaptable - you are comfortable re-evaluating your view when presented with • Contrasting facts and your opinions What you need/learn: • Experience with a variety of tech (Java, Spring boot, SQL, Angular, Flutter & more) • Writing and implementing high quality code using TDD (Test Driven • Development) and BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) practice. • Solving complex software issues. • Use of GIT for code control and management. • Ability to work with team members in US, UK and India. • Familiarity with Cloud environments like AWS.
